​Beyond 214 is to be able to live life beyond the military, to transition from military member to retiree status (civilian). For some it's easier than others. While not only giving ourselves purpose, the store is designed to celebrate military veterans that have found new purpose outside the military, beyond receiving their DD-214, by showcasing their amazing brands and products. We also strive to bring you civilian companies that are going above and beyond to have a positive impact on society by either their contributions to charities, dedication to raising awareness for causes, or simply wanting to make the world a better place.
Jon is currently active duty Air Force preparing for retirement transition while Valarie recently retired and both are finding their purpose. Their list of passions and causes that are near and dear to their heart is endless. However, at the top of their list is Gold Star families. They hold a special place in their hearts and they hope to one day provide more for them. Although nothing will ease their pain of losing a loved one, ensuring they are not forgotten is paramount to their healing process. They strive to promote companies that are making a positive difference in the world and giving back.
We are proud to carry on a great mission from the original owners/founders Zane & Mindy.
