Shipping & Returns

✨ Shipping

All items are handcrafted to order. Because of the custom nature of our work, processing times will vary.

Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping, depending on the design and current order volume.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the method selected during the ordering process. Shipping times may vary based on the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. All package weights are rounded up to the nearest pound in accordance with carrier guidelines.

🪵 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations, wood grain differences, and

minor imperfections are part of what make each piece unique and one of a kind.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will absolutely work with you to make it right. Your piece matters to us just as much as it does to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
